Mafra HP12 multi-purpose cleaner is designed to efficiently remove dirt, grease, and stains from both the inside and outside of the car. It can be used on plastic, seats, fabric, the engine, and hard surfaces, as it quickly breaks down dirt without damaging the surfaces.

Shipping & delivery

• Orders are shipped as quickly as possible based on the city and the customer's location.
  
• The delivery time depends on the approved shipping company and the status of the order.
  
• If delivery of the shipment is not possible due to incorrect data or lack of response from the customer, the customer bears the resulting fees.

Returns & exchanges

• The order can only be canceled if its status is new, with payment fees deducted according to the payment method.
  
• The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, and the customer bears the shipping costs.
  
• The product can be exchanged before shipping or within 14 days of receipt, with the customer bearing the shipping costs and any price difference if applicable.
  
• In case of a defect or non-compliance with specifications, the customer has the right to return or exchange within 14 days for a full refund.
